Large fields are games on a field where the lateral area of the field exceeds the combined Engagement Zones of the players on one team. Even if spread out in a line, a team cannot cover the width of a large field with their EZ's. This may be a function of sheer size, but it is often a function of natural cover or terrain. Most scenario and some woods games fall into this category.

Unlike the "core concepts," these tactics are mostly physical in nature, and can be practiced in drills and (of course) in-game. Practice drills have beneift, because they can help your players see their part in the team movement without the chaos of an acutal game. Walking through your movement drill, or mocking up an envelopment maneuver can be an excellent way to hone these skills.
