Paintball Game Rules
There are hundreds of variations on the game of paintball. At its most basic, paintball
is simply an elimination game. It is a big-boys' version of playing soldier. Beyond that simple start
lies the real fun! The variations on teams, elimination rules, time, goals, and other factors
are what make the game fun and different every time.
Most fields offer very simple games to their customers. The average "15 minute elimination"
game becomes pretty boring after a while. Think Tank Paintball aims to create events that are different.
From multi-flag big game events, to scenario-driven tactical paintball, there is SO much more
to this sport than simply shooting each other in a .5-acre box with inflatable bunkers.
The following basic and game-specific rules apply to all Think Tank Paintball events.

Rules Format Notes
The following data is used for the game descriptions:
- Teams: Number of teams.
- Team Balance: Ratio of players per team.
- Length: Length of game time.
- Flags: Mobile objects that must be moved around the field for points. May be an actual flag, props, people or other stuff.
- Flag Locations: Are the locations of the flags known to the players, or unknown?
- Objectives: Fixed locations on the field that must be interacted with for points. This may mean defending, capturing or delivering items to the objective.
- Objective Locations: Are the locations of the objectives known to the players, or unknown?
- Elimination: One-hit player eliminaton is normal. Any variation will be noted here.
- Equipment: Is the type of player equipment limited? (Stock class, pump-only, etc.)
- Paint: Is the amount of paint a player can carry limited?
- Roles: Are there any special roles played py a limited number of players? Examples include medics, commanders, etc.
